This is the most important meeting as it is when the initial creative sparks fly. A comprehensive questionnaire allows us to unlock your horticultural desires and inspirational books help to indicate an overall aesthetic for your space

Summary and Quote
Letter summarising initial meeting so all concerned can be sure we are on the same page,it will also outline ideas for the direction of design for garden plus costs for first stage design process

Survey
Comprehensive survey includes measuring of garden, soil testing, plant inventory resulting in CAD drawn plan

Planting Concepts
The second meeting is a chance to discuss planting in more detail, any strong likes or dislikes and initial concepts for the planting scheme

Rough cuts Consultation
We will aim to be back to meet you within 2-3 weeks with rough plans of new design. This is a chance for the client to add any extra ideas and be sure that the garden design is shaping up as they would wish. It is important that the garden should feel like a collaboration. A joint vision

Final Presentation / Plans
Final plans in colour and any construction drawings will be presented in full to the client
Quote for construction works and planting
Full Specification to be produced and quoted on for works required

Full Design and Build Service
Project management of build whether by my company’s landscaping arm or by another landscaper I will be hands on to ensure that plan is built to exact specification, this will include the planting process which I generally insist on being involved in to ensure quality of plants and their installation
